Overview This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist in the recruiting/staffing industry. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the company's growth efforts. The role also involves maintaining clear and professional communication with potential clients and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the business development cycle.
