Job description

Part-Time Appointment Setter
Pay: $18-$23 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time
Work Location: Remote / Work From Home
We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team in a part-time, fully remote position.
You'll spend your day reaching out to businesses, starting conversations, asking a few questions, identifying potential opportunities, and scheduling appointments for our team.
This is not a closing position. Your role is to connect with the right people, have a professional conversation, and schedule qualified appointments.
What You'll Do
  • Make outbound calls to businesses
  • Speak with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Ask questions and gather basic information
  • Identify businesses that may be a good fit
  • Schedule appointments for our team
  • Keep accurate notes and update contact information
  • Follow a simple calling process while still sounding natural
What We're Looking For
  • Previous appointment-setting, outbound calling, inside sales, or similar phone experience
  • Comfortable and confident making outbound calls
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
  • Able to build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable hearing "no" and moving on
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable learning and using basic CRM software
  • Able to work independently from home

This is not an entry-level phone position. We are looking for someone who already knows how to pick up the phone, start a conversation, and turn the right conversation into an appointment.
Remote Work Requirements
Because this is a fully remote position, candidates must have:
  • Their own laptop or computer
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • A quiet, professional place to make calls
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
Compensation
$18-$23 per hour, depending on experience.
This position will begin part-time with the possibility of developing into a full-time opportunity for the right person.
If you're confident on the phone, know how to speak with business owners without sounding scripted, and have experience setting appointments, we'd like to hear from you.
Please apply with your resume and a brief description of your appointment-setting or outbound calling experience.
