QMAP/Caregiver - Large Senior Living Community

Role Overview

Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Current Open Shifts

PRN requires working a minimum of 4 shifts per month.

Shift coverage includes:

  • Evening Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (8 hours)
  • Night Shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (8 hours)
  •  

Responsibilities

  • Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
  • Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care (if QMAP)

Qualifications

  • Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
  • Ability to work as a team and also independently
  • A love for seniors
  • Colorado QMAP Certified (if applicable)
