Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Organization: Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD)

Position Overview

Project ReDirect, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Adult Day Program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). This role provides hands-on clinical care, ensures regulatory compliance, and plays a key role in training and supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to maintain high-quality services.

Schedule

  • Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday (daytime hours)

Compensation

  • $24-$32 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical care and respond to participant health needs
  • Perform vital signs, FSBG testing, and medication administration
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with Nevada standards
  • Ensure adherence to ADSD/DRC regulations and PRD policies
  • Collaborate with DSPs, case managers, clinicians, and families
  • Monitor participant health status and report changes as needed
  • Train and support DSPs on health protocols, medication administration, and best practices
  • Reinforce compliance with health, safety, and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted Nevada LPN license
  • 1+ year experience in adult acute care and/or behavioral health
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • CPI certification preferred
  • Experience working with ID/DD populations preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and EHR systems
