ATTENTION CHRISTIAN MEN !!. Dallas LIFE has an immediate opening for the Men's Program Manager for our amazing Homeless No More Recovery Program. This part-time position consists of 29 hours per week with weekends off.

It pays $18 per hour but requires that special organized person who loves God, can encourage, challenge and teach Bible lessons as well as keep accurate records of our program residents. This would be great for that dad whose kids are in school during the day. Seniors, this would even work for you as we enjoy the wisdom you would bring.

General Purpose of Position Assists the Homeless No More Program Director by managing the day to day operational aspects of our Men's Homeless Recovery Program. Major Duties and Responsibilities Meets weekly with Homeless No More Program Director.

Prints class schedules daily and maintains attendance records. Facilitates daily roll call. Explains details of program to new residents and shows introductory video Shows new program residents the Homeless No More video.

Advances residents from phase to phase as directed, maintaining accurate record of successes. Verifies and approves passes for program residents. Assesses resident needs as they present at office door and administers drug tests as needed, Is prepared to teach a class in an emergency.

Remains familiar with all Dallas LIFE rules and amendments when updated. Is proficient at Excel, Microsoft Office and accept training in the Mission Tracker system. Maintains resident bed tickets, printing as needed to prevent expiration.

Corrects assignments, listens to verses and locates residents as needed by Program Director. Maintains a records of all resident daily chores and appointments in and out of the building. Holds residents accountable for all job search and volunteer requirements within the program.

Performs additional duties as deemed necessary by the Program Director.
