POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Villa de l'Estrie residence in Sherbrooke is looking for an empathetic Resident Care Attendant who is dedicated to the well-being of residents.

Part-time hours for replacements, day, evening, and night shifts. The candidate must hold a government-recognized diploma, a 16-hour CPR certification, and the PDSB (Principles of Safe Patient Handling) certification from the ASSTSAS (Association of Social Workers of the South). ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: All other related tasks Health Care Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
