  • Collaborate with facility management, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of new occupants and machinery.

  • Identify potential mechanical upgrades or modifications needed to accommodate growth, including ventilation, cooling, heating, and utility demands.

  • Prepare detailed reports with recommendations for system enhancements, including cost estimates and timelines.

  • Ensure all proposed changes comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

  • Support project planning and execution by providing technical guidance on mechanical aspects during construction or renovation phases.

  • Review and approve mechanical design documents, specifications, and drawings related to personnel and equipment additions.

  • Monitor and inspect completed work to verify adherence to engineering requirements and quality standards.

  • Utilize experience in building systems and mechanical engineering to provide expert advice and problem-solving as needed.
