We take pride in fostering a friendly, welcoming, and vibrant work environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a part-time (20 hours/week) Service Procurement Specialist.
As our Service Procurement Specialist, you will perform a variety of financial and clerical-related duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized with an eye for detail, possesses excellent communication skills, possesses proficient Excel skills, and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Position Responsibilities
  • Coordinate purchasing, authorizations, reimbursements, and payments for services and supports for individuals served.
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors, providers, Support Coordinators, families, and individuals served to resolve purchasing and payment issues.
  • Process and maintain financial data in the Agency approved system (SETWorks), including purchase orders, invoices, reimbursements, and payment records.
  • Assist with verifying invoices, billing documentation, and service records for accuracy and compliance with agency requirements.
  • Communicate with vendors and providers regarding orders, deliveries, payment timelines, missing documentation, and account issues.
  • Maintain organized financial records, purchase logs, reimbursement files, and confidential client information in accordance with Agency policies.
  • Assist with monthly balancing of financial records between SETWorks and the accounting system, as well as annual audits and fiscal reporting.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of related experience.
  • Ability to multitask with excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in an office setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and data entry
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Access to an insured and properly maintained vehicle for work-related travel.
