Job description

Hosts/Hostesses at Westmoor Country Club welcome members and their guests to their dining experience, whether it is for an a la carte meal, special event, or private function, indoors or outdoors. Experience is preferred and experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus; however, in-house training is available.
Part-time (20 to 25 hours per week on average) positions are available with an opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons.
Responsibilities
  • Greet members and their guests as they arrive, showing them to their tables
  • Communicate with the club's concierge staff via telephone to book accommodate reservations
  • Professionally and effectively communicate with members and fellow employees
  • Assist with stocking work stations, rolling silverware, re-setting vacated tables, private event set-up, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties as required to maintain the dining areas

Requirements
  • Flexible work schedule; able to work varying shifts to include holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • Enthusiasm for providing personal, professional, and welcoming service to members and guests
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Willing to perform other job-related duties as assigned
