We're looking for servers who understand that great hospitality is about more than taking orders. It's about creating an experience, building relationships, and delivering consistent, professional service in a private club environment.

The Role

Servers at Cordillera Ranch are responsible for delivering attentive, polished service across our dining venues, including the Main Dining Room, Twin Sisters, Axis, and club events.


This role requires strong attention to detail, menu knowledge, and the ability to provide a seamless dining experience from start to finish.


You will be part of a team that values professionalism, consistency, and genuine hospitality.


What You'll DoMember Hospitality

Provide attentive, professional service to members and guests
Build genuine relationships with regular members
Read the table and adjust service style accordingly
Create a welcoming and comfortable dining experience


Food & Beverage Knowledge

Maintain strong knowledge of menus, features, and club offerings
Guide members through the menu with confidence and clarity
Make thoughtful recommendations and upsell appropriately


Service Execution

Ensure accurate order entry and timing of courses
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams
Maintain awareness of table needs throughout the meal
Deliver consistent, high-quality service from start to finish


Team Support

Work closely with bartenders, runners, and hosts
Assist teammates during busy service periods
Support club events, tournaments, and special functions
Complete opening and closing side work to standard

Qualifications

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred  

Private club or upscale dining experience is a plus  

TABC certification required  

Food Handler certification required  

Strong communication and teamwork skills
