Job description

ICE RINK Cashier, PART-TIME (10-15 HOURS PER WEEK)

The Cashiers at our Ice rink:

  • Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Prepare and serve concession items such as hot chocolate, coffee, popcorn, nachos, pretzels, candy, soft drinks, etc.
  • Operate cash register and process payments
  • Maintain cleanliness of concession area, counters, seating, and equipment
  • Restock food, beverages, and paper supplies
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Help with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and counting cash drawers
  • Provide basic information about rink schedules when needed
  •  

Our Cashiers have:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to read and follow written orders.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for short distances.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and crawl as needed to adequately perform cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
