Job description


  • Ensures that service and operational standards of the department are being met.
  • Ensures direct reports carry out Family Style Service at all times.
  • May perform other duties as assigned
    Starting Rate $50,000.00 - $52,000.00

Responsibilities
  • Maintains administrative control of the department to ensure that all tasks contingent to the success of the operations are completed within the company standards.
  • Oversees the day to day operations of Front Office and Guest Services including supervision of direct reports.
  • Regular attendance for scheduled work required.

Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Three years experience within hotel operations.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
  • Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to cashiering regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
    CER License is required
