Job description

We are seeking a seasonal Pool Monitor to join our Walled Lake Villa team in Walled Lake, MI who takes pride in their work and is detail oriented. This position starts in June and goes through Labor Day weekend. The ideal candidate will be dependable and strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and a visually appealing and safe pool area. Responsibilities of the pool monitor include but are not limited to: ensuring the safety of persons using the swimming pool, maintaining a clean pool area, observing all COVID protocols as required by the Health Department, and following proper procedures for opening and closing the pool.

What we are looking for:

  • Self-Motivation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player willing and able to lend a hand in other areas as needed
  • Basic pool monitor and pool maintenance knowledge
  • Lifeguard experience
  • Availability Monday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Knowledge or understanding of Arabic language (preferred, not required)
