Global Partners, a division of The Wesleyan Church, seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide ongoing administrative, communication, and logistical support to the Mobilization Team. This position plays a vital role in connecting with prospective missionaries, churches, and ministry partners while ensuring the efficient operation of the Mobilization Team's day-to-day activities.The ideal candidate is spiritually grounded, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting ministry through excellent administrative service and communication.

Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant serves as a key support person for the Mobilization Team by managing office operations, maintaining databases, coordinating meetings and events, responding to inquiries, and assisting with church engagement activities. This individual will frequently interact with prospective missionaries, church leaders, volunteers, and ministry partners, helping create a positive and professional experience for all who engage with Global Partners.

Essential Responsibilitiesย  ย  Administrative Support
  • Serve as office support staff by answering phones, ordering supplies, and performing general office administration duties.
  • Manage correspondence, calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling for team members as needed.
  • Filter and direct phone calls, emails, and meeting requests, referring inquiries to appropriate staff members or lay leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of contacts and ministry relationships.
  • Assist with document preparation, reports, presentations, and other administrative projects.
ย  ย  Communication and Relationship Management
  • Communicate with individuals exploring missionary service through email, phone, and other channels.
  • Conduct timely follow-up with inquiries and maintain communication records.
  • Correspond with churches and ministry partners and assist in providing requested resources and information.
  • Support positive and professional relationships with churches, volunteers, and prospective missionaries.
