About the Role
Norbeck Technologies is hiring a part-time Office Support Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow our business in the information technology and administrative support sectors. This is a new role with limited initial hours, but strong performance can lead to a full-time leadership position.
You will support sales, lead generation, CRM management, and digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fastgrowing environment.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and support sales goals
Assist with forecasting and identifying staffing needs as the business grows
Create, edit, and publish social media content (text, images, videos, longform posts)

Create and manage video content for marketing campaigns
