Position Overview


We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative team, supporting artists with compelling visual storytelling across album campaigns, digital content, and branded experiences. This is a hands-on creative role where you will define and elevate the visual identity of artists while ensuring alignment with HYBE’s global brand standards.


This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support concept development and hands-on design execution for album campaigns, key visuals, digital content, and marketing assets
  • Design and produce multi-channel visuals, including album packaging, social media graphics, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all platforms
  • Oversee print and digital production, including print data preparation, vendor management, and final quality control
  • Establish and maintain artist BI and album design guidelines to ensure consistency across all outputs
  • Manage external creative partners and production vendors to deliver high-quality work on schedule
  • Review all deliverables using the official artist BI, ensuring brand and design standards are met
  • Create and organize production-ready files and maintain internal asset libraries


Qualifications


  • 6+ years of professional experience in graphic, visual, or brand design, including senior-level responsibilities
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, motion graphics, or 3D tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of brand identity systems and experience maintaining cohesive design across digital, print, and promotional assets
  • Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and finishing techniques
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating refined visual aesthetics, typography, branding, and multi-channel campaign execution
  • Communication and project management skills, with the ability to balance creative vision and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in both Korean and English (oral & written)
  • Execute high-quality photo retouching and image compositing for campaign visuals, promotional assets, and album-related content
  • Ability to travel is a plus

Salary Range


The salary range for this job is $82,000 to $95,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
