We are seeking part-time Outbound Technical Support Representative for a remote work-from-home role. Interested candidates must live in the United States and be eligible to work for any employer without work visa sponsorship. Work duties will include various projects supporting our Hospital customers. No benefits are offered with this position.
All necessary equipment and training on the software and tools will be provided.
You must be available to work part-time hours during standard EST business hours, with flexibility on the specific hours and days worked.
Representative Job Duties:
  • Ensure all customer issues are diagnosed and addressed promptly
  • Interface with customers and vendors to troubleshoot and mitigate data delivery issues
  • Document troubleshooting steps taken and escalate customer issues when appropriate.
  • Other technical support tasks as needed

Required Skills and Capabilities:
