Job description

Waters Edge Lodge is currently seeking a Part-time Personal Care Attendant (PCA) for the AM shift!

Pay Rate- $20 per hour

shift is either 6:00am-11:00amThe primary functions of a PCA are:
  • Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks
  • Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity
  • Monitor resident activity and functional status 
  • Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort

We are looking for a part time employee (on-call/PRN may also be available)

Minimum qualifications are:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
  • Ability to follow written and oral directions
  • Basic computer skills (care programing is computer based)
  • Ability to life 150 pounds

Employment requirements include:

  • Current COVID-19 vaccination
  • Physical
  • TB test
  • Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice
