Jefferson Healthcare, in the charming town of Port Townsend, Washington, is currently seeking an experienced and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our Family Birth Center team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care during the labor and delivery process, which is individually tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient using the nursing process. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while ensuring that patient needs and expected outcomes are met through promoting continuity of care. As a valued member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to utilize your skills to support neighboring departments and contribute to the overall success of the facility.

What you'll need:
  • Washington state RN license in good standing required
  • BLS Certification required
  • NRP Certification required
  • ACLS Certification required within 6 months of hire
  • STABLE Certification required within 6 months of hire
  • AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate and Advanced Certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Two (2) or more years of labor & delivery nursing experience

Schedule: 0.6 FTE; 24 hours/week; Night Shift; 7:00 pm - 7:30 am
