What This Actually Is
This isn't a bus driving job. It's a hospitality job with wheels. You'll be behind the wheel of our 22-passenger E450 Tiffany Party Bus, but what you're really doing is setting the tone, keeping the energy right, and making sure every single person on that bus has the time of their life — safely.
The tips are real, and they're good. When people have an incredible experience, they show it. Your attitude and hospitality directly affect your take-home pay, and drivers who bring the energy consistently walk away very happy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering experiences, not just transportation — every trip is someone's birthday, bachelorette, anniversary, or bucket-list night
- Keeping the vibe high and the atmosphere welcoming from the moment passengers step on board
- Running thorough pre-trip inspections so the only surprises of the night are good ones
- Staying sharp behind the wheel — safe driving is non-negotiable and the foundation everything else is built on
- Communicating clearly with dispatch and passengers to keep things running smoothly
- Being the calm, professional presence that lets everyone else cut loose and enjoy themselves
What You Bring
- Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement (P endorsement) and a clean driving record — 3 years minimum experience required
- A genuinely hospitable personality — you like people, and it shows
- Experience driving passenger vehicles (motor coaches, shuttle vans, limos, school buses — all counts)
- Solid mechanical knowledge for pre-trip inspections and flagging issues before they become problems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to read a room and adapt
- Paratransit, limo, or event transportation background is a big plus
The Bottom Line
If you're the kind of person who takes pride in making people feel welcomed, taken care of, and genuinely excited — this role is built for you. Safety is the job. Hospitality is how you do it with style.
