What We Are Looking For: Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Day Porter in Fort Lauderdale at a Car Dealership in Coral Springs, FL 33073.
Job Title: Part-Time Day Porter.
Shift: Thursday to Saturday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm OR Sunday to Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Pay: $15 per hour.
The primary responsibilities involve the upkeep of the facility to enhance and maintain the look of it. The porter will have multiple responsibilities to help facility function throughout the day.
Major Job Functions:
  • Customer Service Representative for building occupants
  • Spot clean designated areas based off the customers' needs
  • Clean secured areas
  • On call for emergencies within the facility
  • Police parking lot for debris
  • Order supplies for facility
  • Communicate cleaning issues or concerns to the manager
  • Communicateneeds to the facility
  • Eyes and ears of the facility, for maintenance issues
  • Sweeping
  • Salting or shoveling snow when needed

Requirements:
  • No custodial experience required
  • Excellent work ethic and customer service
  • Superior attendance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push/roll recycling bins
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • Dependable, positive and team orientated
