Fulfillment Specialist - Picker
Fulfillment Specialist (Picker) positions!!! No experience is required, but we are looking for people with a great attitude, a willingness to do a great job, have a desire to be a part of a dynamic and fast paced team. We offer unlimited growth opportunities and training within our distribution center and corporate headquarters.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONE THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS.
Full time:Monday - Friday 6am - 3:30 pm
Full time:Monday - Friday 7am - 4 pm
Full time:Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Full time: Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm
Full time: Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 9pm
Part time: Monday - Friday 4pm - 9pm
Pay: $14.00/hr
Starting Pay is $14.00/hr with a pay for performance program that can pay up to $3.00 more per hour. October 1st the starting pay will be $15.50hr with a pay for performance program that can pay up to $3.00 more per hour
We will train on how to:
• Use RF gun (electronic scanner) for scanning
• Use a cart to pull orders (pull cart into aisles)
• Pack customer orders in preparation for shipment
• Prepare warehouse areas for following day shipments
• Maintain safety in the work environment by keeping the area free of safety hazards
You must have:
• Ability to stand (including walking) for a full shift, whether part-time or full-time
• Ability to work in a time sensitive, fast paced, deadline driven environment
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Desire to work as part of a team in a fast -paced, fun, friendly environment

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $14.00 an hour. This represents the good-faith estimate of the compensation range at the time of posting.
