The position: We are seeking to fill a Housing Counselor position. We are looking for someone to provide customer service to applicants for SHA housing programs. The Location: 101 Elliott Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119 The ideal candidate has: Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, social work, or related fields May substitute an additional four years of relevant work experience for college level course work Two years of experience in human services related non-profit public service, social services, human services, housing programs, or related fields What will you do.

Conduct case management of challenging customers Provide information and referrals for community resources Analyze information needs of SHA applicants and of private market housing providers Develop and maintain relationships with service providers in the community Take leadership role in identifying barriers to access for people with disabilities, immigrants, and other SHA customers To read the full job description, please click here.
