• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations for new clients to determine their mental health status, needs, and goals, ensuring to gather detailed personal histories and presenting issues.

• Develop and implement personalized and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and mental health objectives.

• Provide consistent individual therapy to adult clients through virtual sessions, employing techniques grounded in established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Be available for crisis intervention services, employing de-escalation techniques to assist clients in high-stress situations, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional record.

• Prior involvement in community mental health initiatives or related extracurricular activities.
