We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Floor Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during overnight hours. This part-time role is ideal for an independent worker with high standards for cleanliness and a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

This role combines thorough Housekeeping and specialized Floor Care duties.

Housekeeping Focus

  • Clean, sanitize, sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum common areas and public spaces.

  • Restock supplies in restrooms and communal areas.

  • Promptly respond to spills and pet-related cleanups.

  • Support trash removal and collection of hazardous waste.

Floor Technician Focus

  • Maintain all flooring using specialized equipment, including extractors, buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums.

  • Perform spot-cleaning and deep-cleaning of carpets and upholstery.
