Job Summary
Milton Martin Toyota is seeking a Service BDC Client Care Coordinator to join our Service Business Development Center (BDC). In this customer service role, you will answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and help create an outstanding service experience from the first interaction.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, call centers, appointment scheduling, automotive service, dealership BDC operations, or administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.
  • Make outbound calls regarding recalls, ToyotaCare maintenance, loyalty programs, service reminders, and extended warranty opportunities.
  • Review customer service history and recommend appropriate maintenance services when scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and dealership management system (DMS) software.
  • Stay current on Toyota service campaigns, recalls, promotions, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Work closely with service advisors and the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, call center, BDC, receptionist, appointment scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM, DMS, and scheduling software.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
