What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Part Time Optician position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Part Time Optician, you need a solid understanding of vision correction, lens fitting, and frame selection, usually supported by formal training or certification as an optician. Familiarity with optical tools, lensometers, and practice management or point-of-sale systems is often required.
