Receptionist

We are looking to fill a position for a Part Time Seasonal receptionist. We need a responsible individual with a winning attitude. Must be efficient, work well with others and have good phone manners. This position offers 30 hours per week, candidates with weekend availability will be given consideration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination
  • Obtain and process information required in order to provide services
  • Operate switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
  • Record and relay information
  • Data entry and emails
  • Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
