Job description

The CLEAR Assistant Operations Manager will work the designated venues and arenas in their local markets to securely verify current members and enroll new prospective members. This is a full time or part time position that will represent CLEAR at professional sporting and entertainment events in the area. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help lead a location and grow within Sports Management, Business, Hospitality, Marketing or Technology! Our Sports team makes magic happen every day, creating frictionless experiences for our members.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Consistently demonstrate adherence to security procedures by following documented security protocols at all venues
  • Exceptional customer-service-focused communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers, general travelers, and members alike
  • Ensure CLEAR's enrollment and verification operations at arenas are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrity while educating attendees on the benefits of CLEAR
  • Support an open and exciting internal corporate culture that motivates all team members, fostering creativity, innovation, advancement and a solution orientation.
  • Train new and existing sports employees on all procedures, customer service and sales
  • Lead onsite communications and daily learning activities (Implementation and Development) & track weekly labor and leadership reports and metrics
  • Analyze key metrics, customer feedback and direct "On-site" observations to make informed decisions on how to improve.
  • Hold Ambassadors accountable to CLEAR standards on-site.

Ideal candidates will have:
  • 1-2+ years leadership experience
  • Ability to manage people and hold them accountable to company standards
  • Positive and energetic attitude with excellent interpersonal skills that has the strong ability to lead, motivate, mentor, collaborate and execute tasks to the team
  • Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional responsibilities, and selling CLEAR!
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, hospitality-driven atmosphere
  • Previous customer service experience, a plus - we'll teach you the rest!
  • Open availability and flexibility is a must - ability to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • You must be 18 years of age or older
