This position is responsible for making an excellent first impression on clients, prospects, vendors, and others by answering the phones quickly and efficiently and directing the caller appropriately.

Requirements

Principal responsibilities:

  • Answer the phones in a professional and courteous manner
  • Possess a positive attitude and a pleasant demeanor
  • Greet clients and handle their immediate needs
  • Assist with projects, as needed
  • Accept deliveries
  • Help prepare for client meetings
  • Contribute to the appearance of the front office

Required knowledge/skills/competencies

  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Sufficient patience to do repetitive work correctly
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must be able to pass a background check
