Description
Burnett Medical Center is currently looking for a part-time Administrative Secretary.
HOURS & SHIFT: Part-time, 0.4 FTE (16 hours/week), M-F
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs and provides secretarial, clerical and administrative support services to the CEO and Leadership team, preparing reports and correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and conducting special projects as assigned.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in business office management or secretarial program preferred; or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of administrative experience/secretarial support preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel required.
• Project Management and healthcare experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, professionalism, problem solving, impeccable written and verbal communication, and ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
