Lee Industries is looking for a dependable and service-minded individual to serve as Executive secretary.. This is a Part time position.The Office Administrator supports company operations by maintaining office systems. You will serve in our downtown Orlando Office. Your role as a Office Administrator is vital to the company. We service mostly corporate clientele where service and professionalism is our goal.
Job Responsibilities
Your Specific Duties as Office Administrator Include:
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Answers Phone calls and schedules appointments and reservations for clients and staff.
Job Requirements
You will receive full company training in preparation for your new duties. In your role as a Office Administrator, you must also have superior and professional customer service skills. You will also be required to wear the standard uniform for a driver and office staff is a business suit, dress shoes and name tag on your right lapel must be worn at all times.
To qualify you must have 1 year minimum experience as a Executive Assistant or Office administrator. Other required skills include:

โ€ข Business degree or equivalent
โ€ข knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
โ€ข knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
โ€ข knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
โ€ข knowledge of business and management principle
โ€ข knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Access and Intuit Quickbooks.
