Specific Responsibilities of the Office Manager include (but are not limited to): 

  • Provide administrative and operational support

  • Maintain the lobby and Main Office

  • Maintain school supplies and storage

  • Support finance and bookkeeping functions

  • Support key operational systems

  • Collect and enter student and teacher data for state reporting and payroll

  • Serve as a productive member of the BVP community

 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of office experience, preferably in an education agency

  • College degree strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish

  • Excellent computer skills in programs including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Maturity and ability to work independently

  • Strong interpersonal skills with scholars, parents, colleagues, and community members

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

  • Associates preferred 

  • Experience as an administrative assistant 

  • Background in data analytics, office management

  • Bilingual Spanish required
