Job description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time, school-based position for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity to support elementary-aged students while collaborating with a strong educational team. Apply or email Katelyn.bruno@soliant.com for immediate consideration.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Schedule: Part-Time
  • Hours: 24 hours per week
  • Work Days: Tuesday–Thursday (8 hours per day)
  • School Level: Elementary
  • Number of Sites: 3 elementary schools
  • Caseload: Approximately 50 students

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain required documentation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning.
  • Supervise and support a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) providing services at the assigned school sites two days per week.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active state Occupational Therapist license
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently across multiple school locations
  • Previous supervision experience preferred but not required
