We are currently looking for RNs or LPNs to our healthcare team, with part-time hours available on 2nd shift (3pm to 11:30pm). Some holidays are required. Job duties will include: Providing nursing care to residents whose care requires professional skills and coordination with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and therapists. Performing specialized nursing care procedures including, but not limited to, intravenous therapy and medications, suctioning, tracheostomy care, tube feedings, insertion/care of catheters. Observing, assessing, and recording residents’ progress and keeping physicians informed of any significant changes. Planning with and directing other nursing personnel in providing daily cares to residents, and holding staff accountable to policies, procedures, and approved care techniques.
