Position: Assistant Clinic Director - RN
Status: Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Eagle, ID
About the Role:
We are hiring an Assistant Clinic Director to support the management and daily operations of our clinic, while delivering high-quality intravenous vitamin infusion services.
This role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will assist in overseeing staff, ensuring excellent client care, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting overall clinic performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in both client care and team development.
What You'll Do:
Clinical Care & Client Experience Administer IV therapies, including starting IVs and monitoring treatments Ensure client safety, comfort, and overall well-being throughout services Document client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately Provide education to clients regarding therapies and wellness services
Clinic Operations & Support Act as a backup point of contact for the Clinic Director Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulations Complete required training related to nutrition infusion therapies Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency
Team Leadership & Development Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing staff Train and educate team members on procedures and client care Lead, motivate, and influence staff to meet performance goals Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
Performance Management Monitor and document staff performance in partnership with HR Support coaching, goal setting, and career development Identify high-performing employees for growth opportunities Assist in conflict resolution and team management

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or completion of an Accredited Paramedic Program Current and active RN license required
Experience
Minimum 2 years of vascular access or infusion experience Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience

Microsoft Office Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices
