  • Responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans, providing supervision and delegation of tasks to ancillary personnel, and maintaining accurate, timely and complete medical records.
  • Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
  • Provide education to patients and families and functions as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
  • Is supervised by and reports directly to the Director of Nursing of the Hospital.
