RN Weekend Supervisor (16-Hour Shifts - Every Weekend)

Are you an RN looking for a consistent schedule with your weekdays free? This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role while working a dedicated weekend program schedule.
Schedule
  1. Every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
  2. 16-hour shifts
  3. 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  4. 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  5. 32 hours in just 2 days
  6. Weekdays off
Position Summary
As the RN Weekend Supervisor, you will lead the nursing team during your shift, ensuring high-quality care for residents while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. You will serve as the key clinical leader during weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift
  2. Monitor resident care and conduct rounds to ensure quality and compliance
  3. Address clinical and operational issues in real time
  4. Assist with admissions, care coordination, and staffing needs
