Home Health Nurse - RN -PRN - Part time

Job Description:As a home health nurse - RN, your responsibilities will be to assess patient's condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physician, dress (or re-dress) wounds, provide patient education, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, provide supervision and competency checks for RNs, LPNs, and CNA/HHAs as needed, and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patient's quality of life.
Job Requirements:
  • Must possess at least an associate's degree in nursing from an industry-accredited institution.
  • Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
  • Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
  • Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.

Current FL State RN license is required
