Familiarity with NetSuite modules, SuiteCloud development tools, and relevant certifications such as NetSuite SuiteFoundation are highly valued. Clear communication is essential, as part-time schedules require setting expectations about availability and deadlines. Many organizations use ticketing systems or agile boards to track progress, allowing part-time developers to pick up tasks efficiently and provide updates asynchronously. This structure helps maintain workflow continuity and ensures that the developer's contributions are well-integrated with the broader team's efforts.
