Job description

Job Title: Student Ministries Pastor

Church Size: 2300

Why This Is a Great Opportunity:

Spring Creek Church is seeking a Student Ministries Pastor. This role offers the opportunity to shepherd a large and thriving student ministry while helping shape the next generation of disciples.

This makes it a strategic moment for a leader who is passionate about discipleship, student ministry, and building strong relationships with families.

With 300–350 students engaged weekly and more than 600 unique students participating over the course of a year, the ministry has both strong weekly consistency and broad relational reach. While sports schedules and activities impact weekly attendance, a large number of students consider Spring Creek their student ministry home.
