Location: Redmond, WA
Schedule: Approximately 15-25 hours per week
Duration: 12 months
Your Mission
We are looking for a Workplace & Community Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and employee experience of our Redmond office. As the primary workplace support resource for a small, close-knit team, led by Activision's CTO, you will help create an organized, welcoming, and engaging environment where employees can do their best work.
This role combines workplace operations, vendor coordination, office administration, onboarding support, and culture-building initiatives. You'll work independently to ensure the office runs smoothly while helping foster a positive employee experience that reflects Activision's collaborative and creative culture.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, service-oriented, and enjoys building relationships while solving problems. They are equally comfortable coordinating facilities requests, stocking snacks, welcoming visitors, supporting new hires, and helping bring team events to life.
What You Bring to the Table
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Workplace Operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace operations and office-related needs.
  • Coordinate office supplies, snacks, beverages, and workplace resources.
  • Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and overall employee experience.
  • Liaise with building management and facilities vendors to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and support timely invoice processing.
  • Partner with Central IT on office equipment and workplace technology needs.
  • Monitor office inventory and proactively identify workplace improvements.
  • Support adherence to office policies, safety practices, and workplace procedures.

Community & Employee Experience
  • Help create a welcoming and engaging workplace environment.
  • Coordinate employee celebrations, team gatherings, and local office events.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for off-site meetings, conferences, and team activities.
  • Support internal workplace communications and office-wide announcements.
  • Provide a positive experience for visitors and guests.

Onboarding & Employee Support
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace readiness and office orientation.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding workplace-related questions and requests.
  • Coordinate office-related support with HR, IT, Safety, and Facilities partners as needed.

Administrative Support
  • Maintain office records, vendor information, and workplace documentation.
  • Support budget tracking, purchasing activities, and operational reporting as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks on an occasional basis.

Minimum Requirements
Experience
  • Proven experience in workplace operations, office administration, employee experience, hospitality, facilities coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and related productivity tools.
  • Experience working with purchasing, procurement, or expense management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional education or certifications in administration, hospitality, facilities management, or project management are a plus.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $21.99 - $40.67 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
