Job Details:

Title: IT Project Manager

Duration: 8+ Months

Location: Everett, WA 98204 - Hybrid

The selected resource(s) will work approximately 40 hours/week, onsite at ( Everett, WA 98204) Tuesday-Wednesdays 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Pacific Time, and remote Monday, Thursday and Fridays. The on-site schedule may be adjusted depending on the project needs and required onsite meetings.

Summary of Work

  • Client is looking for IT Senior Project Manager to help supplement the Enterprise Program Office staff during several projects scheduled between August and March.
  • Work will primarily include project management of the implementation of a CAD RMS software system, a vanpool software feasibility study and implementation and other projects as assigned.

Evaluated based upon the criteria below:

  • Individual Qualifications and Experience (please provide resumes for proposed resources and identify relevant experience with project management of SaaS software implementations, detailed project planning, monitoring and controlling projects utilizing project plans and other tools, e.g. RAID log, status reporting, planning and facilitating meetings and other communications as needed, change management and stakeholder management).
