  • Location: Coos Bay Area, OR
  • Shifts: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 day per week)
  • Compensation: $600 - $750
  • Status: 1099 Contract

Exam Space Requirement: This position requires providers to have access to their own ADA-compliant exam room or office space.
