Greet and check in patients in a warm and welcoming manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Collect and verify insurance information and patient records
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing
Maintain an organized and clean front desk and waiting area
Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Comply with HIPAA and other privacy and health regulations

Salary Range

Part-time $22 - $35 per hour
