Position Overview
BrandsMart USA is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Content Provider to support the E-Commerce team in maintaining accurate and engaging product content across digital platforms. This role is responsible for product data entry, content updates, image management, and ensuring product listings meet company standards for accuracy, consistency, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain product listings across ecommerce platforms.
  • Perform accurate data entry for product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and attributes.
  • Upload and manage product images, banners, and digital assets.
  • Review website content regularly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and vendor teams to gather product information.
  • Monitor and resolve content errors, missing information, and formatting issues.
  • Support category updates, promotional launches, and seasonal content changes.
  • Follow content standards, SEO guidelines, and ecommerce best practices.
  • Assist with quality assurance testing for website updates and product launches.
  • Maintain organized records of product content and updates.

Qualifications
  • Experience in ecommerce, content management, or data entry preferred.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Experience working with Syndigo or any other PIM - an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools.
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce product content and online merchandising.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
