Job description

Position Description
We are looking for a content writer to assist with a variety of writing projects. The primary goal of this role is to produce engaging, informative, and relevant content that caters to our target audiences and improves our brand visibility. Our team covers several brands, which will require working with different teams for different projects. Content created will be published on digital platforms and in print, showcasing both our brands and our products. Content will need to be well researched. Output will include (but not be limited to) white papers, web content, blogs, articles, emails, and social media posts and will need to follow various brand standards.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Research and organize sources and information
- Collaborate and brainstorm with different teams for new strategies and ideas
- Write well-researched and keyword driven content to boost engagement
- Produce high-quality content on industry-relevant topics
- Edit and proofread content produced by other team members
- Minimum of 20 hours per week
Writing samples showcasing published content and a variety of writing styles will be required.
Requirements
College courses in English, Journalism or a related field, and/or previous proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role in a business environment; Experience with both short form and long form writing; Editing experience; Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills; Attention to detail
