Position Summary:

America’s Home Health Services is seeking a creative and results-driven Part-Time Social Media Strategist to lead and execute our social media presence. This role is responsible for developing strategy, creating engaging content, and managing day-to-day posting across platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support patient and referral growth.

The ideal candidate understands how to balance storytelling with strategy and can translate healthcare services into meaningful, engaging content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages
  • Build brand awareness and community engagement through consistent, high-quality content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight services, patient stories, and company initiatives
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results
  • Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Support marketing campaigns, recruitment efforts, and community outreach through social channels

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
  • Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
