Media Execution Contractor (Remote, Part-Time)

Overview:

Seeking a hands-on media execution professional to support the day-to-day deployment, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role is execution-focused, highly collaborative, and ideal for someone who enjoys working in platforms, managing details, and keeping campaigns running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities:

Support execution of paid media campaigns across performance and brand channels including social, video, programmatic, and offline media

Build and maintain campaigns, swap and refresh creative assets, and update landing page URLs based on flighting and testing plans

Pull, validate, and QA audience sizes and segment health to ensure accurate targeting

Prepare, quality-check, and distribute traffic sheets and implementation guides for internal teams and external partners

Generate and share preliminary pacing, delivery, and performance reports

Support direct mail execution including suppression file uploads, promo code requests, creative reviews, and proof approvals

Assist with ongoing campaign performance monitoring and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly cadences

Provide preliminary, actionable insights to support media optimization efforts

Support testing roadmaps by helping set up A/B and multivariate tests, documenting hypotheses, validating setup, and summarizing results

Contribute to team brainstorming focused on improving processes, testing new ideas, and accelerating execution through automation and tools

Qualifications:

1-3+ years of experience in media buying and/or media execution

Comfortable working directly in media platforms and supporting backend execution

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once

Working proficiency with spreadsheet tools for tracking, analysis, and reporting

Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week with availability during East Coast business hours

Interest in media technology, automation, and using tools to improve efficiency

Nice to Have:

Agency experience with exposure to multiple channels and clients

Experience supporting both performance and brand media
