Description
Carolina Auto Auction is a family owned and operated business in Williamston, SC. We have been serving the automobile dealers and finance companies since 1969 and in SC since 1989. We believe in providing a superior customer experience for everyone that walks through our doors. We are one of the largest independent auction in the Southeast United States. Most auto auction are similar but at Carolina Auto Auction we believe that our team of talented individuals is what sets us apart in our industry.
We are looking to add a new member to our growing team. This individual will be responsible for inputting vehicle information accurately.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for entry of all vehicles into the inventory system in time for the weekly auction using handheld scanning device and/or AS400 computer system.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the revision of number assignments to equalize lanes
  • Contact dealers for run numbers for inventoried vehicles
  • Participate in the reservation system by assigning numbers via dealer calls
  • Follow through on vehicles for proper placement for the sale
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding vehicle needs/repairs
  • Accurately input vehicle information into handheld device and/or AS400 computer system
  • Correctly picture, label, and assign tracking device for dealer units
  • Responsible for coordinating the assignment of numbers from all participants

This is a part time position only. Monday and Tuesday 8-5 Wednesday 7:00-5:00pm.
